INSTRUCTIONS
1. With clean hands, massage the mask onto your face and neck in a circular motion on clean and dry skin for 1-2 minutes, avoiding the eye area.
2. Leave on for 15-20 minutes maximum or, if intense itching occurs, remove immediately.

3. Place a really warm, damp washcloth on your face for 30 seconds. Breathe.
